The 2019 Summer Symposium was one to remember. From sessions on immigration and human trafficking to updates from the Department of Education and the U.S. Census Bureau the attendees had an information-packed two days of dedicated professional development and networking amongst their peers. The Summer Symposium also served as our first opportunity to meet with the new Chancellor for Innovation, Dr. Eric Hall, and hear his mission for adult education in Florida in the years to come. We were excited to bring the Symposium over to the east coast this year and we hope those that were able to attend, took back valuable information, tools and resources to use in the new school year.
